This issue can be resolved by improving traditional farming methods in many ways. To convert conventional farming into smart farming, a new machine might be created or developed. By using a soil moisture sensor, this work aims to design a clean water pump controller. The Message Queue Telemetry Transport protocol is used to send and receive sensor data. The NodeMCU-12E regulates the movement of a water pump based on the state of the soil moisture content of the fabric and shows data from the soil moisture sensor and water pump performance on a web page or mobile application. This advances a safe, flexible, trust-capable, function and coffee in value machine to address the aforementioned agricultural irrigation problem. By enforcing this responsibility, we can reduce the amount of water utilized in manufacturing, agriculture, and the production of power.
