The results show that large multi-polar low self-starting permanent magnet synchronous motor torque and the experimental data was consistent application design, the correct procedure proved feasible, simple and convenient. 摘要

本文通过对自起动永磁同步电机电磁设计的一些通用公式,结合多极电机的设计特点,完成了电机的设计、参数计算以及工作特性和起动特性的分析,最终确定了方案。采用Ansoft电磁分析软件通过场路耦合法计算电机暂态性能参数,并通过不断调整设计值得到电磁设计值。结果表明,大多极低自启动永磁同步电动机转矩与实验数据吻合,应用设计的正确程序证明是可行的,简单方便。本文的研究工作,对进一步完善永磁同步电机的设计具有重要的理论意义和工作价值。
