摘要

在“大数据”时代,企业对客户数据的保护出现了各种问题。咨询公司的顾问作为一个特殊的行业,为了完成工作可能会接触到更多客户的机密信息,因此在数据保护和如何保持客户的信任方面面临着更大的压力。此外,客户-顾问关系中的信任建立不仅会影响顾问从客户那里获得的数据,还会改变他们应该如何更好地保护客户数据的方式。本研究在前人研究的基础上,结合波士顿咨询集团、麦肯锡等咨询公司的公开数据,探讨了咨询行业信任建设与数据保护的关系,并构建了其动态机制框架来解释其关系。

The building of trust in client-consultant relationships and its influence on data protection in consulting
