国家自主创新能力是新时期大国竞争与合作的核心。在论述国家自主创新能力内涵的基础上。本文采用中心混合三角白化权函数，设计了国家自主创新能力评价指标体系;建立了国家自主创新能力的灰色综合评价模型。并对中国的国家自主创新进行了定量实证研究和比较分析。
