摘要

利用威布尔分布的统计分析方法,提出了滑环碳刷的寿命估计和最优预防性维护成本。诗丽吉水电站采用碳刷,碳刷为电石墨刷型。威布尔分布可以用较少的碳刷长度测量次数求出平均无故障时间、故障率、可靠性。将其应用于寻找成本最优的预防性维护,减少了不必要的计划维护,提高了系统的可靠性。这些结果与泰国电力局诗丽吉水电站碳刷维护指南进行了评估、分析和比较,也可应用于泰国电力局其他电厂。
