The realized computer-based signal generator can be used as suitable and cost effective alternative to the various instruments for testing the power quality meters and analyzers. Metrological assessment of signal generator includes calculation of measurement uncertainty components and final presentation of measurement uncertainty budget. 摘要

介绍了为再现标准电能质量干扰而设计的电能质量信号发生器的计量评价方法。该发生器在功能上基于虚拟仪器软件、数据采集卡和功率放大器,用于将输出电压缩放到标称电源线电压水平(230 V)。所实现的基于计算机的信号发生器可以作为各种仪器测试电能质量计和分析仪的合适且经济有效的替代品。信号发生器的计量评定包括测量不确定度分量的计算和测量不确定度预算的最终表示。根据《测量不确定度表达指南》,提出了A类、B类、组合和扩展测量不确定度的计算方法。
