Finally, in the application of an aero-engine blade measurement, the calibration method was used to calculate the pose error of the LSS. 摘要

提出了一种用于涡轮叶片表面三维测量的线性扫描传感器(LSS)标定方法。线性扫描法是一种有效的复杂曲面测量方法。具有非接触、测量范围大、测量效率高等特点。但在实际应用中,测量精度往往受到安装姿态的限制。为了提高测量精度,提出了一种实用的校准策略。实验采用标准圆柱体对LSS进行校准。通过引入标定方法,对实验数据进行了仿真改进。最后,在某航空发动机叶片测量的应用中,利用该标定方法计算了LSS的位姿误差。将测量结果与叶片的三坐标测量机进行比较,测量精度明显提高。
