Firstly, the key indices of DC charging piles are sorted out and formed into an index system, and the index weights are determined by using interval hierarchy analysis. Then, a fault tree is established based on the historical fault information of DC charging piles in actual use, and the fault weights are determined by the gray correlation method. After using the fault weights to amend the original index weights, the size and ranking of the weights are changed. The indices with high failure probability are more critical in charging pile testing, which results in more weight for those indices. Meanwhile, the indices with smaller weight are further reduced according to the weight ranking. 摘要

为了快速准确地对充电桩进行评价,提出了一种基于故障树校正指标权重的直流充电桩评价指标体系。首先,对直流充电桩的关键指标进行梳理,形成指标体系,利用区间层次分析法确定指标权重;然后,根据直流充电桩在实际使用中的历史故障信息建立故障树,采用灰色关联法确定故障权重;用故障权值对原指标权值进行修正后,改变了原指标权值的大小和排序。失效概率高的指标在充电桩测试中更为关键,其权重较大。同时,根据权重排序,对权重较小的指标进行进一步精简。最后,建立了一套新的指标体系,实现了直流充电桩的快速、准确评价。
