They were divided in 3 groups by age: 65–74, 75–84 and ≥85 years. 摘要

代表EVKALIPT研究。目的:了解≥65岁人群中年龄相关性疾病、慢性非传染性疾病、老年乏力等老年综合征的患病率,分析其对总体健康和功能状况的影响。方法:选取俄罗斯11个地区年龄65 ~ 107岁(平均78±8岁)的4308例受试者,其中男性占30%。患者按年龄分为65 ~ 74岁、75 ~ 84岁和≥85岁3组。所有受试者分2个阶段通过老年综合评估:1)采用专门设计的问卷进行提问;2)体检。结果:老年人的身高、体重、体质指数下降,舒张压下降,脉搏血压升高,社会经济地位恶化(与伴侣同住、独居、独居、无伴侣、残疾)与年龄增加有关;已婚仍在工作、大学学历和高收入的比例下降)。结论:本文总结了俄罗斯EVKALIPT研究方案及参与者的基本特征。
