摘要

在分析传统绩效评价方法不足的基础上,构建了基于供应链管理的企业绩效评价指标体系。为了能够客观、科学地评价企业绩效,建立了熵值评价模型,这是一种客观赋权的方法。然后根据评价结果对5家上市电子企业的绩效进行评价。最后,在结论中给出了更强的指导性。
