摘要

针对传统风电发展存在的问题,结合海上风电的实际情况,提出了以控制智能化、监测系统一体化、信息数字化、通信网络化、信息共享标准化为基本特征的数字化海上风电场概念。本文提出了一种统一信息平台下的完整的海上风电场数字化监测系统方案,实现了海上风电场的全景监测和信息共享。为适应海上风电场特殊的地理环境,采用了陆上和海上两级结构的监测系统模型。介绍了陆上集中控制中心、海上升压变电所和风力机监控系统的功能以及它们之间的通信,指出了数字化海上风电场未来的发展方向。
