本文介绍了利用NOAA/AVHRR 8和1 km分辨率影像计算的归一化植被指数(NDVI)研究西伯利亚针叶林物候、结构和物种组成的实验结果。基于10 d NDVI动态研究了森林季节发展的主要阶段:绿色波、生物量增加高峰、棕色波和无叶状态。对针叶林和阔叶林两类森林的物种组成进行可靠的测定是可能的。
