Two pairs of inductive posts and multi-section stepped waveguide impedance transformer are used to obtain the broader matching. HFSS simulation result of the transition shows a return loss less than - 10 dB and insertion loss is less than 0.5 dB over an impedance bandwidth is about 50.1%.
