摘要

首先介绍了从电子病历中挖掘有价值知识的意义,以及目前存在的问题。然后对几种可能的EMR存储方法进行了深入的分析和研究。在此基础上,提出了使用DB2/9.5混合数据库存储XML EMR的解决方案。详细介绍了基于经典Apriori算法和XML查询语言XQuery的XQ-Apriori算法,以及直接从XML EMR和其他类型XML文档中挖掘关联规则的应用实例。实验证明,该算法可以有效地发现疾病之间的关联。最后对该算法的应用环境和适用范围进行了总结和说明,并对作者进一步开展的研究工作提出了建议。
