The research method is descriptive with a qualitative approach, the determination of informants using Purposive. Theory used to measure Organizational Effectiveness from Richard M. Steers namely Adaptability, Productivity, and Job Satisfaction. The results of the study show that the South Tangerang City National Unity and Political and Security Agency is not effective in its performance. F supporting actors are government policy, leadership commitment, and networking while the inhibiting factors are unclear institutional status, lack of budget allocation and lack of employee discipline. 摘要
南坦格朗市的国家和政治团结机构(Kesbangpol)在2014年发布关于地区政府的第23号条例后,经历了组织结构的变化,从原来的3(3)个领域变成了2(2)个领域。研究方法采用描述性与定性相结合的方法,对举报人的确定采用目的性。Richard M. Steers用来衡量组织有效性的理论,即适应性、生产力和工作满意度。研究结果表明,南坦格朗市民族团结与政治安全局在其职能上并不有效。支持因素为政府政策、领导承诺和网络,抑制因素为机构地位不明确、预算分配不足和员工纪律不足。Keywords-effectiveness、组织
