摘要

本文在扎根理论的基础上,从两个不同的角度研究了电子商务的客户价值,并试图用我们的模型对电子商务中的大量数据进行分析。通过分析分类与扎根理论选择的概念之间的关系,建立了电子商务客户价值模型。在此基础上,提出了三种度量方法:成分度量、关系度量和影响因素度量,构建了评价价值模型。最后,采用模糊综合评价法对第一类测量值进行计算。
