They provides an easy accessibility to the several activities and pleasures such as shopping. This study is intended to discuss the accessibility aspect of Grand Mega Resort & SPA Bali Hotels with Bali Galeria Mall. The study used a qualitative\ndescriptive method. The technique of collecting data uses interviews, observation and literature study. The results of this study shows that accessibility is a very important thing that became one factor for visitors to choose the hotel to be visited.
