摘要

随着时代和环境的不断变化和系统工程技术的更多要求,技术能力已不能满足系统工程技术的新要求,因此技术能力更新是系统工程在新要求下的一种能力行为,本文研究了基于粗糙集理论的新要求下的系统工程技术能力更新方法,以最小的费用获得更新顺序。最后给出了算法的有效性。
