摘要

提出了一种基于地理地图模糊预警的城市洪水监测新方法。该模型旨在通过TCP/IP协议接收遥感水位信息,并基于模糊规则,通过Mamdani模型从城市开放数据中进行推理,实现智能运行,提供包含洪水预警状态和洪水地理参考的免费信息访问,帮助城市成为智慧城市。该模型通过实际传感器的案例研究分析进行了验证,这些传感器生成了一组预先计划的测试数据。本文提出的地理地图实时问题警报,为城市洪水监测中模糊逻辑的接受提供了有力的支持,使其能够自主行动,为驾驶员提供避开不良路线的信息。
