The proposed solution is based on an informational structure able to answer these needs. Furthermore, the capacity to ensure the seamless mobility with the end-to-end quality of service (QoS) represents a vital criterion of success in the NGN use, the solution posited is based on a convergence of QoS plans namely: data plan, control plan and administration plan. 摘要
