Risk Evaluation for Local Government Debt under The Debt Reclassification with F County as an Example

After the debt reclassification, local government debt was divided into general debt and special debt. In the background, this paper evaluates the local government debt risk of F County. It redesigns indicators for general debt and special debt, and adopts fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to develop a risk evaluation system applicable to F County. Finally, relevant measures and recommendations are given based on the evaluation.
