Combined the electric technology of security, stability and control, the platform visualized well the influence of lightning, typhoon, icing and hill fires to electric security running. 摘要

为了应对极端自然灾害对电力安全的严峻考验,本文提出了开放式电力安全报警可视化平台框架。我们在现有电网系统的基础上采用了新的分层视觉技术,并从采集系统中获取信息。结合电气安全、稳定和控制技术,该平台很好地可视化了雷电、台风、结冰和山火对电气安全运行的影响。它极大地提高了电网系统应对极端自然灾害的调度水平,有利于智能调度的发展。
