The period we know as Ottoman Peace (Pax Ottomana) in the Balkans, one of the world's most multinational geographies; It also points to the stage in which an insufficiently unknown cultural accumulation was formed. In the period of about six centuries, many cities of the Balkans were reconstructed and rehabilitated within the framework of Turkish-Islamic civilization. However, in the long historical process in question, art, culture, architecture, etc. The plundering and destruction of the heritage of humanity, which was created in the Balkans in the axis of Turkish-Islamic civilization, with various motives, took a very short time and unfortunately became an ongoing problem today. In this study, which references can be taken as a basis in tracing the traces of Turkish-Islamic culture in the Balkans, especially in terms of urban historiography; tried to be shown on a sample. The rich cultural accumulation of the universe in question, which is intended to be kept in the dark in the Balkans; art, mystical, literature, etc. It has been tried to reveal how rich the fine and elegant traces of civilization revealed in the areas.
