In a study using Smart PLS 3 and the object in this study are the general public. The population in this research was 200 respondents. The sample in this study used a sample of convenience samples of the type of data collected is quantitative of data by using questionnaires and analyzed using validity and reliability. The result showed that there are significant between Family Environment, school environment, Self Concept, and Motivation on Development of Emotional intelligence learners.
