This article analyzes the challenges and opportunities of COVID-19 epidemic on the human resources management of hospitality industry in China, and recommends countermeasures of enterprises in aforementioned industry. The concepts are illustrated separately through detailed explanation, and a real-life business care is briefly discussed for each concept in order to demonstrate the practical applications of the theoretical ideas.
