The concepts are illustrated separately through detailed explanation, and a real-life business care is briefly discussed for each concept in order to demonstrate the practical applications of the theoretical ideas. 新冠肺炎疫情的出现对餐饮业的人力资源管理产生了相当大的影响。本文分析了新冠肺炎疫情对中国酒店业人力资源管理的挑战和机遇,并提出了酒店业企业应对对策。通过详细的解释分别说明了这些概念,并简要讨论了每个概念的现实生活中的商业关怀,以演示理论思想的实际应用。综上所述,虽然存在一定的局限性,但这些对策可以为企业在COVID-19疫情下的人力资源管理提供必要的见解,并能有效提高企业的管理效率。
