Model of Management Harmonization During Organizational Changes of Corporation in the Process of Diversification
The article presents the author's approach to organizational changes of corporation due to the process of diversification. Organizational changes are aimed at building target organizational structure, which should meet the requirements of management harmonization under potential conflict of corporation’s interests and business units combined in the process of diversification.
