Thermographic studies of sintering of ferroelectrics materials
At present, ferroelectric, piezoelectric ceramics is the main material that is used as the active elements of ultrasonic, electroacoustic, measuring, and a number of other engineering fields. An analysis of the trends in the development of piezotechnics shows a number of features: first, the consumption of ferroelectric ceramics increases; secondly, the share of products of complex configuration (thin plates, miniature elements) increases; thirdly, the compositions based on solid solutions of lead zirconate titanate (PZT) remain the most common. The day of the study of the processes associated with the release of crystallization heat during sintering of ferroelectric compositions was used the method of differential thermal analysis. The experimental data described allow one to obtain ferroelectric ceramics with the required properties. At present, ferroelectric, piezoelectric ceramics is the main material that is used as the active elements of ultrasonic, electroacoustic, measuring, and a number of other engineering fields.
