摘要

大型建筑装饰部件彩色3D打印技术的生产效率远远高于人工雕刻。但根据特殊要求,打印对象的表面可以有颜色。而目前常用的3D打印技术打印出来的物体是没有颜色要求的。因此,大型建筑装饰彩色3D打印需要获取模型表面的颜色信息。本文提出了一种3D模型的快速切片和颜色采集算法,首先将模型表面三角形转换成具有打印厚度的三棱镜,形成表面颜色区域,然后利用模型三角形拓扑得到颜色信息坐标公式,计算出用于彩色3D打印的代理像素的颜色信息坐标。实验结果表明,该算法达到了预期目的,效率高,通用性好,应用广泛。
