Since situational and demanding conditions have considerable potential to make critical impact on both behavior and performance of people. The purpose of this study is to define the key variables of underemployment and both the causes and consequences of unemployment in the context of Pakistan.In this research, we trying to find the pre and post factors of underemployment. In this research situational analysis, descriptive Analysis and Multiple Regression Analysis is used. The data is collected through questionnaires from all over Pakistan. The sample size is consisting of 10000 individuals and response was 8691. The research found from results that Job opportunities, corruption, inflation and political instability have negative (inverse) impact on underemployment and terrorism has positive (increasing) impact on underemployment. Underemployment has negative impact on job opportunities, inflation, corruption; political instability and positive effect on terrorism. 摘要
