摘要

本文提出利用鲁棒扩展复卡尔曼滤波器(ECKF)改进电力系统信号失真的频率估计。在电力系统中,测量得到的异常数据通常会引起噪声和干扰,影响频率估计的准确性。因此,该方法可以有效地抑制测量数据的异常,提高频率估计的效率。用该方法对失真信号的频率估计结果与ECKF进行了比较。

Frequency Estimation of Distorted Power System Signals Using Robust Extended Complex Kalman Filter
This paper proposes to use robust extended complex Kalman filter (ECKF) for improving frequency estimation of distorted power system signals.
