It can t reflect dispatchers' cognition process and the probability of dispatchers' decisions and choices. So the results of dispatcher evaluation might be influenced by some subjective factors. This paper proposes a framework of Dispatcher Training Simulation Evaluation System (DTSES), which is an effective complement to conventional DTS. DTSES is completely based on simulation and dispatchers' cognition process are modeled with IDAC (Information, Decision, and Action in Crew context) method. 摘要
