In allusion to this situation, power system specific training for power system dispatcher is necessary and indispensable. Dispatcher Training Simulator (DTS) is a widely used tool for dispatcher training and evaluation. However, there exist some deficiencies in DTS. It can t reflect dispatchers' cognition process and the probability of dispatchers' decisions and choices. So the results of dispatcher evaluation might be influenced by some subjective factors. This paper proposes a framework of Dispatcher Training Simulation Evaluation System (DTSES), which is an effective complement to conventional DTS. DTSES is completely based on simulation and dispatchers' cognition process are modeled with IDAC (Information, Decision, and Action in Crew context) method. 摘要
随着电力工业的发展,电力系统的规模越来越大,电力系统的运行也越来越复杂和关键。针对这种情况,对电力系统调度员进行电力系统专项培训是必要的,也是必不可少的。调度员培训模拟器(DTS)是一种广泛使用的调度员培训和评估工具。然而,DTS也存在一些不足。它不能反映调度员的认知过程和调度员决策和选择的概率。因此,调度员评价结果可能受到一些主观因素的影响。本文提出了一种调度员训练模拟评估系统框架,是对常规调度员训练模拟评估系统的有效补充。DTSES完全基于仿真,采用IDAC (Information, Decision, and Action in Crew context)方法对调度员认知过程进行建模。一旦开发完成,DTSES可以详细模拟调度员对各种情况的响应,并计算相应操作方案的概率。
