组织公民行为变量的维度以及组织公民行为变量与伦理气候变量的维度之间存在显著性差异(p < 0.01)。结论:根据调查结果,护理管理者必须采用合适的管理策略。等;有效的员工发展计划和绩效考核能促进员工的伦理氛围和组织公民行为,最终得到护理质量绩效的提高。
