摘要

本研究旨在分析工作压力和工作动机对望加锡航空公司员工满意度的影响。本研究数据采用问卷调查法、文献研究法和相关方访谈法获得。Teknik目的地采用多元回归分析对假设进行检验,采用F检验和t检验。总样本为53名员工,采用简单随机抽样方法。多元回归分析采用数据分析方法进行假设检验。结果表明,工作压力和工作动机对望加锡航空公司员工的工作满意度同时产生影响,并具有显著的影响。部分地,可变的工作动机是对工作满意度影响最大的变量。
