Trust on leadership doesn’t mediating the relationship procedural justice to  OCB,  but work engagement is partially mediating the relationship procedural justice to OCB. 摘要

本研究旨在探讨程序公正对工作投入、领导信任和组织公民行为的影响。本研究收集了100名制造业员工的数据,并采用偏最小二乘法进行分析。本研究结果表明,程序公正与工作投入正相关,领导信任与工作投入正相关。领导信任对组织公民行为的关系程序公正没有中介作用,而工作投入对组织公民行为的关系程序公正有部分中介作用。研究结果表明,工作投入对组织公民行为的建立有一定的促进作用。

Building organizational citizenship behavior through procedural justice, trust, and work engagement
