Results show the strong vasokinetic properties of alpha-sympathetic receptor activation by norepinephrine and an expected depressive effect of the alpha-blocker phentolamine. Buflomedil 10(-4) M enhances vasomotion and arteriolar reactivity and does not interfere with norepinephrine.
