This study develops an integrated model to research OTP continuance intention based on expectation confirmation model. The proposed model is empirically evaluated using an online survey of 269 effective respondents. The results show that confirmation is positively related to perceived factors and satisfaction. Information quality is found to have a direct impact on continuance intention while service quality has an important influence on satisfaction.
