战略管理代表了当前的管理方向。适用于各类企业,包括中小型企业。在中小企业中运用流程管理的原则有其局限性,这主要是由于企业的规模和对运营管理的关注。其他特点包括功能积累、非正式领导、口头沟通优于书面沟通等。然而,实施战略管理可以提高竞争力,降低成本,改善决策,促进员工激励制度的实施,缩短交货时间,提高客户满意度等。本文的目的是找出中小企业在多大程度上实施战略管理原则。

Basic Characteristics of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises in Terms of Their Strategic Management
