MISTERI KEMATIAN DIAN AMBARWATI DALAM NOVEL MISTERI DIAN YANG PADAM KARYA S.MARA GD

The purpose of this study is to: (1) describe the mystery of the case contained in the novel Mystery Dian Padam by S. Mara Gd (2) Describe the technique of solving cases revealed by S. Mara Gd through the novel Mystery Dian the Padam. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with a structural approach. Data collection techniques used in this study are literature study techniques. The results of the study show the Mystery of Dian Padam which contains a mystery case in the form of the murder of a girl named Dian Ambarwati who was suddenly found dead. The case of Dian Ambarwati's death was later handled by Captain Kokasih and Gozali who finally learned that the murder of Dian Ambarwati was committed by Sumarsono with the motive of covering up Sumarsono's crime in the past. The solution of the case in the Dian Misteri Padam novel is through a detective element, where through his interrogation of Sumarsono who is allegedly the perpetrator, Sumarsono inadvertently throws a conversation that is allegedly strong as evidence of his crime so that his lies are finally exposed.
