摘要

利用ADAMS/Car软件建立了基于多体系统动力学的McPherson前悬架虚拟样机模型,并进行了车轮平行行程仿真。通过对悬架设计因子的灵敏度分析和ADAMS/Insight的多次迭代优化,最终在优化约束下找到对优化目标灵敏度影响较大的设计因子参数。通过优化设计因子参数,较好地解决了悬架定位参数优化问题。
