摘要

本研究旨在确定印尼(Persero) Sudirman Pekanbaru PT Pos的招聘过程对员工绩效的影响。在分析从受访者获得的数据64人。数据计算使用SPSS 23版。t检验的结果得到t-count的值大于t-table的值,则在PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Sudirman Pekanbaru, Indonesia存在招聘变量对员工绩效的影响。则决定系数检验显示,值为0.509表示自变量对因变量的贡献百分比为招聘员工绩效。其余49.1%受本研究未包括的其他变量影响。
