VALORAÇÃO AMBIENTAL – UMA REVISÃO DE LITERATURA ANALISADA PELOS INDICADORES BIBLIOMÉTRICOS

An environmental economic valuation applied to natural resources can be carried out through several methods of the demand function, such as the travel cost method and the hedonic price method, however, the most applied method is the contingent method, in which its purpose is identify the value of the natural good, even if it has no commercial value, it has economic value, in which it is found and identified through questionnaires applied to the users of that good, in which the individual expresses his willingness to pay for the existence of the natural resource, thus allowing to measure the economic and non-market value of a spring, a tree, a park and even an animal. A bibliographic review was carried out, presented by the bibliometric indicators on the environmental economic valuation that used the contingent method. The present work has as general objective to review the literature using bibliometric analysis, which allows identifying through a database the main indicators to analyze the most relevant published works in relation to the theme and research area of environmental sciences. Through the free software VOSviewer, it is possible to reach the specific objective by analyzing the main bibliometric indicators through the generation of maps, descriptive data and indicators of co-citation, bibliographic coupling, co- authorship and co-occurrence. The indicators made it possible to analyze their results expressed through their visual and tabulated presentation, generating a qualitative analysis showing that the most relevant works were published in the United States; the most recurrent use of keywords was “Valuation contingent”; term “valuation method”, all related to the main research area presented in the analysis, para o mapa de termos e “Keywords” para o mapa de palavras-chave. Todos os arquivos foram salvos nos formatos RIS e CSV, gerando vários documentos pelo fato da plataforma exportar no máximo 500 trabalhos por download, o que não comprometeu o uploading no software bibliométrico, por permitir selecionar quantos arquivos possíveis na sua base, pressionando na caixa de seleção do VOSviewer as teclas + +”seta”.
