After in-depth research on the output characteristics of wind power and photovoltaic power in a certain area of Ulanqab City, a strategy that can smooth the fluctuation of new energy output and configure energy storage, which the active power output fluctuates as little as possible and meets the national new energy grid-connected fluctuation index.
