The follicles ware obtained from 4-10 weeks and 14 days old mice, respectively. On day 12 of culture, most of cultured follicles ware survived (100% vs 97%) in this culture system. The granulosa cell outgrowth was observed in all of surviving follicles. The oocytes grown in vitro ware leaded to GVBD (84% vs 96%), and 44% of them reached Metaphase II, respectively. 摘要
研究了小鼠早期腔前卵泡未成熟卵母细胞体外简化培养的发育能力。卵泡分别取自4-10周龄和14日龄小鼠。培养第12天,大部分卵泡成活(100% vs 97%)。在所有存活的卵泡中均可见颗粒细胞的生长。体外培养的卵母细胞导致GVBD (84% vs 96%),分别有44%达到中期II。结果表明,该培养体系不仅适用于青春期前小鼠的卵泡,而且适用于青春期后小鼠的卵泡。
