摘要

基于超效率SBM-Malmquist模型,对民族地区8个省区的生态效率及其变化趋势进行了测度。结果表明:(1)内蒙古生态效率最高,广西生态效率最低;低生态效率地区多为经济欠发达地区。(2)民族地区生态效率Malmquist指数在0.977 ~ 1.067之间,仅2004年低于1,其余年份均大于1。19年间生态全要素生产率年均增长4.1%。
