This has a material adverse effect on their wellbeing, job and relationship with manager. This paper analysis in which way coaching can be used in remedying the so called “boreout syndrome” and provides guidelines on how managers and employees can use this method. This paper includes an outcome of survey conducted amongst managers and employees on which existing methods they apply when facing boreout syndrome. The findings of our survey show that coaching provides a sustainable result for the employee.
