摘要

近年来,流行病、地震、森林火灾、洪水等突发公共卫生事件和自然灾害频发,应急物流的作用越来越突出。本文在梳理中国应急物流保障现状的基础上,运用层次分析法和模糊评价法分别计算各指标因素的权重,保证应急物流的有效性。通过实例分析和计算应急物流的保障有效性,从而得出应急物流的影响。应急物流的关键因素可以为加强应急物流体系建设,提高应急物流保障水平提供决策指导。
