摘要

本研究旨在探讨电子物流、电子服务品质对电子商务大干商场顾客满意度的影响。所采用的方法是定量研究方法。人口是大万隆地区大干商场的顾客。使用的抽样技术是有目的的抽样。数据收集技术采用问卷调查和数据分析使用的是多元回归分析。研究结果表明,电子物流、电子服务质量对顾客满意度有显著的正向影响。
