To meet the efficient, green and reliable power supply requirements of IDC, and activate the “sunk asset” of UPS batteries, the Energy storage type of UPS (EUPS) architecture with bidirectional power regulation and active grid support is proposed in this paper. The main target is to maximize the use of batteries in UPS through the function upgrading from backup to energy storage. The topology and control strategy of EUPS are analyzed first. And the cooperative mechanism of EUPS participating in the grid fast frequency and voltage regulation, AGC, AVC, peak-valley shaving and their combined is interpreted accordingly. 摘要
由于IDC (Internet Data Center) UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply)的电池只有在断电的情况下才有效,因此在正常运行过程中会有大量的电池处于闲置状态。为了满足IDC高效、绿色、可靠的供电需求,激活UPS电池的“沉没资产”,本文提出了双向功率调节、有源电网支持的储能型UPS (EUPS)架构。主要目标是通过从备用到储能的功能升级,最大限度地利用UPS中的电池。首先分析了该系统的拓扑结构和控制策略。并据此解释了EUPS参与电网快速调频调压、AGC、AVC、峰谷调峰及其组合的合作机制。最后,通过仿真实例验证了EUPS及其控制策略的有效性。
