Clients were grouped into 4 clusters according to the contribution level in terms of profits. Likewise, the CRFS (client request filtering system) was suggested to allocate media server resources per cluster. 摘要

本文运用客户关系管理的两步聚类方法对客户数据进行聚类分析,分析了客户服务模式对多媒体内容服务和利润的贡献程度,以巩固公司的利润。本文提出了一种基于聚类分析的媒体服务器资源集群选择性分配算法。根据客户对利润的贡献程度,将客户分为4类。同样,建议使用CRFS(客户机请求过滤系统)为每个集群分配媒体服务器资源。CRFS在客户端所属集群的资源限制内发出许可。
