This research was conducted because there is a phenomenon that occurs at PT. Sanur Jaya Utama, namely the lack of employee loyalty, the inconsistent implementation of transformational leadership, the lack of motivation from the leadership, and the employees not being optimal in implementing work-life balance. This study aims to analyze the effect of transformational leadership, motivation, and work-life balance on employee loyalty at PT. Sanur Jaya Utama. The number of samples used was 40 employees using a saturated sample. Data collection in this study was carried out using interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used in this study is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. Based on the results of the analysis it was found that Transformational Leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty at PT. Sanur Jaya Utama, Motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty at PT. Sanur Jaya Utama. Work-life balance has a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty at PT. Sanur Jaya Utama. The results of this study provide practical implications, which are expected to be material for consideration and input for the leaders of PT.
