This research was conducted because there is a phenomenon that occurs at PT. Sanur Jaya Utama, namely the lack of employee loyalty, the inconsistent implementation of transformational leadership, the lack of motivation from the leadership, and the employees not being optimal in implementing work-life balance. This study aims to analyze the effect of transformational leadership, motivation, and work-life balance on employee loyalty at PT. Sanur Jaya Utama. The number of samples used was 40 employees using a saturated sample. Data collection in this study was carried out using interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used in this study is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. Based on the results of the analysis it was found that Transformational Leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty at PT. Sanur Jaya Utama, Motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty at PT. Sanur Jaya Utama. Work-life balance has a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty at PT. Sanur Jaya Utama. The results of this study provide practical implications, which are expected to be material for consideration and input for the leaders of PT. 摘要

忠诚是员工为了给公司提供最大的结果而完成分配的任务的忠诚和意愿。之所以进行这项研究,是因为在PT. Sanur Jaya Utama存在这样一种现象,即员工忠诚度缺乏,变革型领导的实施不一致,领导层缺乏激励,员工在实现工作与生活平衡方面不是最优的。本研究旨在分析变革型领导、激励、工作与生活平衡对PT. Sanur Jaya Utama员工忠诚度的影响。使用的样本数量为40名员工,使用饱和样本。本研究的数据收集采用访谈和问卷调查。本研究使用的数据分析技术是多元线性回归分析。根据分析结果,我们发现变革型领导对PT. Sanur Jaya Utama员工忠诚度有积极显著的影响,而激励对PT.
